Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Shorend subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Because access to platform features (supplier contacts, listings, analytics) is provided immediately and consumed over the billing period, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Free trials
Plans that include a free trial will convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then. You can cancel from your subscription page at any time during the trial without being charged.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again.
Errors and disputed charges
If you believe you have been charged in error or there is a duplicate charge, contact billing@shorend.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the invoice reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund through Stripe.
Marketplace transactions
Shorend is a B2B sourcing platform. We do not sell goods to buyers ourselves. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes arising from transactions between buyers and suppliers must be handled directly between those parties under whatever commercial terms they have agreed.
